World Bipolar Disorder held annually on March 30. The day aims to bring Bipolar Disorder awareness and eliminate the social stigma attached.
Bipolar disorder is a mood disorder. People with bipolar disorder can have extremely low moods (major depression) or times of ‘high’ moods (mania or hypomania).
