The Illawarra Academy of Sport, Wollongong and the University of Wollongong are preparing to host one of the biggest sporting events in the region this year.
The ClubsNSW Academy Games will bring an expected 1,000 young athletes together from Friday. The athletes will take part in seven sports across three days of competition.
The Illawarra Academy of Sport will host the competition for the next three years.
