A leading international advocate for young people will be in Wollongong on Friday to talk about sustainable development goals and creating Youth Leadership.

Junior Chambers International (JCI) World President Marc Brian Lim wants young people to play a part in addressing unemployment and economic sustainability in the Illawarra.

It is the first time a JCI president has visited Australia, and Wollongong is the first stop on his tour.

Mr Lim will present the first of a four-part series into Sustainable Development Goals at the University of Wollongong’s Innovation Campus.
