Semi-professional soccer player Chrystal Duggan has recently returned to the game following the rupture of her Anterior Cruciate Ligament in her right knee.
The injury came at an important time in Duggan’s career and has both narrowed and broadened her perspective on the very game she loves.
Duggan shares her journey from pre-injury, through to her operation and rehabilitation.
