Today at 11:00 The Wollongong Art Gallery hosted their latest exhibition “Landscape Tells the Way.” it revealed the contemporary forms of landscape paintings, created by award-winning local artists from the Illawarra region. The Exhibition curator Riste Andrievski was the guide of the event also walking around with his professional camera taking photos, the exhibition was very intimate, revealing many local talents and their valuable work.

The “Landscape Tells the Way” exhibition was a free event. Riste Andrievski mentioned that a pool of local talent has not been shown in the region for landscape artwork since the 1940s.

“There are many artists who come here, and are mesmerised with the landscape and captured by its beauty.”

Riste Andriesvki has hopes that the exhibit will inspire future generations. The display at The Wollongong Art Gallery is for today only, experience it before the gallery closes for the day.
