UOW staffers found out balancing exercise and work life need not be a struggle at the UOW Well@Work Health Expo today.

Experts claim there are many simple ways to increase physical activity in the workplace and in every-day activities without being pressed for time. You don’t even need to leave the office.

URAC Programs Coordinator Kurt Oglvie said simple body stretching at the desk, parking further from your workplace or a stroll to you colleague’s office instead of sending an email are ways people can improve physical activity at work.

UOW Multimedia reporter Sydney Pead was there to get some tips on staying healthy and fit at work.
