The Goulburn City Bulldogs women’s team has been placed into the top tier of the competition after it was announced mid July that the Katrina Fanning Shield (KFS) would be split in two halves. The divide in the competition was due to the significant skill difference between the top half and the bottom half of the competing teams, impacting the Bulldogs women’s team and their progression in the competition. A Sydney inventor is developing prototypes for two separate devices that are designed to help wildlife carers safely rescue Australian wildlife. Nator Manufacturing owner Nicko de Cseuz has designed the CrittaCrib a pod that is able to stop native animals from going into shock by regulating their body temperature and air humidity inside the Crib. Australian motorcycle racer, Tom Toparis, 23, has secured 7th spot on the leaderboard of the British Superbike Championships after round two. Toparis has been competing in motorcycle racing since he was 14 and won the Australian Championship in 2019 and 2020, two consecutive years in a row. He’s now taken his passion for the sport further and is racing in the Quattro Group BSB, almost 17,000 kilometres from home his Goulburn home.
