The Daily Telegraph reported Parramatta Eels forward, Kenny Edwards, 25, is facing a possible all-season suspension after submitting a urine sample on behalf of teammate Kaysa Pritchard on February 24. The NRL integrity unit was informed of the incident by an Eels official and will decide an appropriate punishment for the pair in the coming weeks. There are fears a new animail rights campaign could damage Australia’s wool industry. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has launched a campaign featuring Jona Weinhofen, and displaying a foam lamb covered with blood to highlight what it claims is animal abuse through shearing. Yesterday was International No Diet Day, which promoted positive body image and self-esteem in people of all shapes and sizes. Marlo Brown, 21, is recovering from Anorexia Nervosa. Preferences of candidates on the ballot paper have ruffled the feathers of Kiama Liberal MP and candidate Gareth Ward. Mr Ward is annoyed about the preference deal between the Greens and Labor in the Kiama electotate.
