Elderly drivers are a vulnerable group of people on Australian roads. Data provides that drivers aged 75 years and up are continuously of the highest fatality rate. Resources by the University of Wollongong, as well as other government bodies, recognise that the decision to stop driving will be hard, however sometimes necessary.
