    How 420 friendly are we on 4/20?

    While we may not follow the American dating system, as far as many people are concerned, today is 4/20 aka the stoner holiday of the year. Tying in with the age old tradition of sparking up at the appropriate time in the afternoon, today is a day rather spent all day under the influence.

    So how is a holiday gaining traction when its central premise remains several shades of illegal? While it may still be an illicit substance for Australians, that may change soon with Victoria’s recent ruling to decriminalize medical marijuana for those suffering from debilitating illnesses such as epilepsy.

    So how much of the world is Cannabis friendly knowadays?
