Throughout 2024, staff from across UOW have participated in an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Transformation (EDI-T) project that has sought to engage Country in conversations about care. Participants in the project were encouraged to slow down and re-learn how to observe Country as Teacher, taking time to learn from Mother Earth, Father Sky, Grandmother Moon, and Grandfather Sun. In the initial stage of the project, staff shared an icon representing what care at UOW means to them.
