An IIllawarra influencer has risen to fame to become the Illawarra Dragons number one supporter through TikTok.
Julian Ali, 18, has gradually become the St George Illawarra Dragons’ number-one supporter through his viral online content
Mr Ali became involved with the National Rugby League (NRL) community, specifically the Illawarra Dragons, posting social media content about the Illawarra Dragons.
Being flooded in a footy background, Mr Ali became obsessed with the Dragons and the NRL at an early age, which led him to his obsession with the Dragons.
“Started from scratch in 2023 and built my way up…this account means a lot to me and I hope I can continue to do them justice,” Mr Ali said.
Mr Ali created a TikTok account in 2022 beginning with the latest news on the Dragons and their upcoming lineup of players.
“I’ve built a community for the Dragons and the fans,” he said.
“I aim to build a content community for the NRL, specifically the Dragons.”
After a slow start in 2023, Mr Ali gained recognition from the Dragons players, including the current captain Ben Hunt which was a huge boost to his Tik Tok page.
